Detached house. c1800. Local rubble with granite dressings;
concrete tile roof with brick end stacks. Single-depth plan
plus C20-heightened addition at rear, and lean-to on right. 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Late C19 six-pane horned
sashes; central doorway with C20 top-glazed door. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
