Town house. Early C19. Pebbledash on probable studwork;
asbestos slate roof; shared stucco stack with moulded cornice,
on the right. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-window front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes within
moulded wooden architraves; large central flat-roofed
transomed porch with pilasters flanking central doorway with
top-glazed door and sidelights. INTERIOR not inspected.
