Town house with later shop. Mid/late C18. Granite ashlar front
with plinth, flat arches and mid-floor string; steep asbestos
slate roof with 2 possibly original hipped roof dormers with
late C19 four-pane horned sashes; brick end stack on right;
cast-iron ogee gutter. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window range,
probably originally symmetrical. Possibly original 12-pane
hornless sashes on right; early/mid C19 small-paned oriel with
moulded cornice on left over canted shop window of similar
date with original moulded entablature but with C20
plate-glass lights. Central doorway with C20 altered panelled
and glazed door. INTERIOR not inspected.
