Row of 6 cottages (remaining from former row of 9). Early to
mid C19, recently restored. Brown brick in Flemish bond with
pale headers giving a checkered effect; sandstone dressings,
slate roof. Double-depth plan, each cottage single-fronted.
Two low storeys, 6 windows (one each); coupled doorways with
linked wedge lintels and restored panelled doors; restored
16-pane sashed windows. Ridge chimneys. Forms part of group of
similar cottages lining this side of the street.
