Barn, now partly used as garage. Late C13, altered C16 and
C18. Timber-framed, with brick infill to front, otherwise
weatherboarded, on high coursed dressed stone base; Welsh
slate roof. 2 storeys; 7 bays. 2 small windows to south front,
with double doors to left returned side; similar doors to
right returned side, with loft door above right. Various doors
and windows to rear. Surviving late C13(?) wall plates, with
edge-halved tabled scarf joints and notched lap-joints.
Original building possibly aisled; shortened and re-roofed
C16; raised C18. INTERIOR: C16 queenstrut roof with trenched
purlins and curved windbraces; 2-panel door; plank door.
