later alterations. Flemish bond brickwork. Slate roof with end
brick chimney stacks. 3 storeys, 2 bays; double-depth plan.
Ground floor C20 shop front and right doorway giving access to
upper floors; under overall signboard. Casement windows above,
in broad brick reveals, moulded sills and flat brick arches
with false keystones. INTERIOR not inspected.
