GV II

House. Late C18, being refurbished at time of resurvey (1990).
Brick with ashlar dressings; slate roof with brick end stacks.
L-plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Ground floor
sill band and top cornice and stone-coped brick parapet.
Entrance has doorcase with pilasters and open pediment.
Windows have rubbed brick flat arches with keystones over
sashes, outer windows have tripartite sashes in forward
breaks. Interior not inspected.
