Shop. 1820-40, rear possibly earlier. Brick with stucco
dressings; slate roof with brick end stacks. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Painted ground floor and 1st floor sill band.
C19 shop front with pilasters, frieze and cornice, overlight
to C20 door; carriage entrance to right has rusticated
elliptical arch and paired plank doors; cornice to shop front
and paired doors have large hooks, suggesting former use as
butcher's shop. 1st and 2nd floor windows have rusticated
wedge lintels, over 16-pane sashes to 1st floor, 8-pane sashes
to 2nd floor. Passage has large hooks to beams. Rear has long
gabled wing with cross-axial stack.
