House. C18, of 2 phases with earlier phase comprising No.2
Silver Street. Painted Flemish-bond brick with pantile mansard
roof hipped to the left corner. L-plan, with No.61 St Mary
Street placed at right-angles to right of Silver Street
elevation. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Flat arches to C20
two-light casements; to the ground-floor right a tall recess
contains a C20 glazed door flanked by windows, all with small
panes. The corner of the building is chamfered to the ground
floor and corbelled out to the first floor. No.2 Silver Street
of 3-window range with similar windows to the first floor; a
wide segmental arch to a former carriageway, now glazed, at
the rear and one 3-light casement window are below a brick
platband; to the right of it, to right of centre is C20 glazed
door. INTERIOR not inspected.
