House, now store. c1797, refronted c1845. Stucco. Roof not
visible. Single ridge stack. Rusticated basement, ground floor
and first-floor sill bands, moulded and dentillated eaves. 3
storeys plus basement; 6 window range of plain sashes with
eared and shouldered architraves. Above, six 9-pane sashes
with moulded architraves and corbelled sills. Below,
off-centre stucco doorcase with square Corinthian columns and
entablature with pediment. Fielded 6-panel door and overlight.
To left, 3 plain sashes and to right 2 similar sashes, all
with moulded architraves and keystones. Basement has to left a
single door and to right a double door, both C20.
