20.12.60 (formerly listed as House adjacent
to Stables at Monks House)
GV II

House, later C17, coursed rubble with Bridgwater tile roof, coped
gables and end wall stacks. Two storeys and attic. Formal 5-
window east front with 2-light recessed cyma-moulded mullion-and-
transom windows to each floor, dripcourse over ground floor,
central door in moulded architrave. Oval north end attic light.
North-west rear wing and C20 rear extension. Attached to south-
west, high coped walls enclosing large garden. Rubble stone, brick
lined, brick lining carried across south end wall of house.
Outhouse attached to outside of north wall of garden with 3 flush
cyma-moulded 2-light windows.
