TM 37 SE BRAMFIELD

3/7 Bunkers Hill Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Early C17 with C20 lean-to to north. Timber framed, roughcast
render, late C19 brick casing to south and part of west gable; pantiled roof. 2
storeys and attic. 3 cell plan. Mainly C20 casement windows; 2 original
ovolo-moulded mullion windows to first floor and 2 further mullion windows
which appear to be modern; asymmetrical doorway to south with 4-panel door, the
upper 2 panels glazed; heavy open timber porch. Internal stack. Interior has
some good exposed timbering, newel stairs (original flight to attic) and some
original doors.
