Shown on O.S. Map as New Barn Farmhouse.
Farmhouse, now house. c.1830. Squared and coursed limestone with ashlar
dressings; gabled concrete tile roof; brick end stacks. Central-staircase plan.
2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Bracketed flat stone hood with pedimented
cornice over 4-panelled door. Flat stone arches and timber lintels over horned
8-pane sashes. Two-storey service range of similar materials to rear left.
