Late C18/early C19, 3 storey, red brick. Slates. 5 windows, and 1
window, wing set back 4½ ins, sash, with glazing bars and flat arches,
centre window segmental headed. Brick reveals chamfered on ground
floor. Cornice with paired mutules with roundels, heavy bedmould.
6-panel door, arched fanlight with circular and radial bars.
Composite half columns, fluted upper 2/3rds. Entrance on return
left, altered door in mutular Doric pedimented case.

No 107 shall be amended to read
Nos 105 and 107.
