Possibly Originally C18, benind a C19 front elevation. stuccoed.
T;tree storeys. Parapet and modillion cornice conceals the root.
Two flush framed flat arched windows, double hung sashes with glazing
bars. Two late C19 canted oriels on first floor, no glazing bars,
moulded dentil cornice. Late C19 shop front; two windows, modern
door. One six fielded door with rectangular fanlight to right.
Fascia board on consoles.

Nos. 5 to 9 (consec) with the County Hall form a group.
