Late C18. Three storeys. Chequered brick, stone capped parapet,
stone cornice. Slate mansard roof, stone capped gable end. Two chimneys.
Three windows, flat arches, in stone architrave, double hung sashes with
glazing bars. Three windows on first floor, band continues cill of
centre window, flanked by two larger windows with attractive iron
balconettes. On ground floor, two three-light windows, no glazing bars,
flat arches, under stone arched head with carved design. Central door-
way with open pediment, Doric pilasters. Ornamental glazed fanlight.
Glass door. Stone plinth. One storey extension to right.

The Congregational Chapel and No. 2 form a group Nos 1 to 11 (odd)
