House. 1829 with later C19 additions. Coursed dressed stone. Stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Balanced elevation, central 3 bays the
original house with centre bay breaking forward, bays 1 and 5 added later
and set back. Central part-glazed door with panelled jambs and lintel
under frieze and pediment. Sashes in flush stone surrounds with projecting
cills to bays 2, 3 and 4; round-headed windows in flush stone surrounds
with keystones and impost blocks to bays 1 and 5. Blocked door to right
of bay 5; C20 pent glass-house projecting from bay 1. Plain gutter brackets
on tabling, cornice and ashlar parapet to bays 2, 3 and 4. Ashlar coping
to gables. Stacks to ends of central portion.
