Wall. Probably C17. Coursed squared marlstone and limestone ashlar. Low wall
with a 3-course triangular coping extends approximately 10 metres south from a
C20 rubble pier to a broad C17 ashlar pier, which has an irregular capping of
several courses of weatherings supporting a C20 ball finial, and forms the
northern of a pair of piers (q.v. pier approx.25m SE of Castle House). Included
for group value.
