Water tower. Circa 1913 by C Balfour and Son, civil engineers,
for Duke of Bedford. Reinforced concrete. Circular on plan.
Classical rotunda with 8 giant Tuscan pilasters on stepped plinth
and with large entablature with plain frieze and large cornice
on east side. 2 metal-frame 2-light windows, one above the other
and in bay to right a doorway in plain architrave with a plank
door. The other bays are blind. Interior not inspected.
