Typical building of best West Riding type of C17. Square coursed stone, stone slated; two storeys, the lower one very lofty, three gables to the front, the middle one having bay window of two storeys with mullions and transomes. In each of the other gables is entrance doorway with late Tudor style lintel and retaining original oak doors. The gables have coping and kneelers and there are finials on kneelers, valleys and apexes. Moulded string course across middle of front. All windows have their mullions and hood moulds.

Exterior practically unspoilt and original; interior much altered; now used as clubrooms and offices.

Plaque records the birth of Thomas Chippendale in Otley.

Manor Club forms a group with Nos 12 and 14.
