House, apparently of one build with No 61 (qv). Early or mid
C19; possibly older. Solid rendered front. Slate roof. Old
red-brick chimney, the top with a slight projection, on
party-wall with No 61. Two storeys; 1-window range. Late C20
six-panelled door. Windows have sashes in recessed box-frames,
the sashes with margin-panes and horns. INTERIOR not
inspected. Included for group value.
