Warehouse or store, now offices. Late C18 or early C19.
English bond brickwork, tile roof.
Lofty 3-storey building in gabled ranges parallel with street.
All C20 windows or glazing, in 2 bays; at second floor 2
square openings above wide openings 2 storeys high, to
segmental arches, containing full-width glazing, but opening
to left is wide throughway at ground-floor level. Brick dentil
eaves. Back has central loading-bay doors, gables to right
have small vertical lights to attic level.
INTERIOR substantially modified, but some light beams and
timbering visible. Included mainly for group value.
