Stone gatepost at rear of Nos 21 and
23

GV II

Gate pier. c1690. Ashlar. Tall square pier with plinth,
rusticated shaft, and cornice has full entablature with ball
finial on ogee pedestal. Formed part of yard entrance to house
which is now Nos 21 and 23 (qv). Partly obscured by wall of
adjacent building, probably a coach house originally, now much
altered. Architrave partly damaged at time of survey.
