House, now shop. Late C18 with C19 shop and C20 shop. Coursed
squared stone with ashlar dressings; roof of graduated stone
slates with stone kneelers. 2 storeys; 4-window range. C20
shop front at left has 2-light plate-glass window. C19 shop
front at right has slender colonnettes with foliage capitals
to plate-glass windows with shaped and decorated heads and
recessed door, below renewed fascia. Closely-spaced sashes
with glazing bars on first floor have flat stone lintels and
projecting stone sills. Low-pitched roof has right end moulded
kneeler to gable overlaid by adjacent properties; left gable
incorporates cyma-moulded kneeler probably of former house to
left, under raised and renewed coping. No chimneys visible.
