Attached house, now shop. Early-mid C19. Limestone ashlar,
party wall stacks and pantile mansard roof. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys and attic; 3-window range. C20 shop front. Plat band
and pilasters to overlapping cornice, and parapet. 6/6-pane
sashes, dormers, and cast-iron basket balconies to the second
floor. Paired first-floor windows and lower cornice and
parapet. Right-hand doorway. INTERIOR not inspected.
