Shop and dwelling. Earlier C18. Brick; Welsh slate roof; brick
stack to rear. L-shaped plan. 3-storeys and cellar; 2-window
range: late C19 margin-glazed sashes under shallow gauged
brick flat arches; plain sashes under segmental arches over.
Early C20 glazed-tile butcher's shopfront with central
half-glazed panelled double doors and casement overlight,
between canted plate glass windows with moulded glazing bars
and pierced wood boards over; moulded hood with fascia board.
Rear wing: C18 brick ridge stack, and lateral stack; old plain
tiles. Included for group value.
