Town house. Mid C19. Stucco on masonry; dry Delabole slate
roof, hipped on the right, stuccoed stack with moulded cornice
over cross wall on the left; wide eaves at the front.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Original 16-pane
hornless sashes and doorway with doorcase with tall consoles
and moulded cornice; 4-panel door with rectangular overlight.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
