House, now offices. Early C18. Squared and coursed limestone; gabled stone slate
roof, with Welsh slates to rear; brick end stacks. 2-unit plan with rear
outshut. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Timber lintels over C20 door to
left, and horned 8-pane and tripartite sashes; on first floor are early C19
eight-pane sashes. Gabled roof dormers. Interior: chamfered beams. Partial
inspection only.
