Warehouse occupied by Weldmobile

GV II

Large warehouse. Mid C19. Rubble walls with brick jambs and
segmental arches; asbestos slate hipped roof. Large
rectangular plan parallel to quay. 2 storeys; 7-window range
with loading doorways to 4th bay from left and at far right. 2
original windows (left and 3rd from left) with vertical
glazing bars with random panes, otherwise later or C20
windows. Ground floor has original narrow doorway towards
left, plus wide doorways under loading doorways, the left of
central doorway widened C20 to right; 3 blocked windows right
of this and shuttered window on right. INTERIOR not inspected
but likely to retain original floor and roof structures.
