Town house, now shop with accommodation over. Early C19.
Incised stucco on studwork; asbestos slate hipped roof. Plan
altered circa late C19 to create shop, probably double-depth
plan originally with central entrance hall between 2 front
reception rooms. 3 storeys; 2-window front with 1st-floor
windows spaced closer, C20 sixteen-pane sashes with horns.
Late C19 double shop front with 3 lights on each side of
central doorway plus return lights; C20 fascia over original
fascia. INTERIOR: early C19 open-well open-string staircase
with mahogany handrail scrolled over newel.
