Shop and dwelling. Early C19, with C20 alterations. Rendered
with incised masonry patterns, slate roof and brick end stack
to right. Double-depth plan. 3-storey, 1-window range. C20
door to far left approached by 2 stone steps with moulded wood
surround and shallow, straight hood on shaped brackets. C20
shop front to centre with C20 door to right. C19 quartered
sash window to 1st floor and 12-pane sash to 2nd floor of 3
tiers of 4 panes. Rendered plinth, 1st and 2nd floor storey
bands and cogged brick eaves.
INTERIOR: boxed spine beams and stone cellar.
