Wharf warehouse. Mid C19. Granite ashlar front with plinth,
string course and keyed elliptical arches; hipped grouted
scantle slate roof behind plain coped ashlar parapet.
Rectangular plan. 2 storeys; 5-window range road frontage.
2-light windows with 3-light overlights; original wide doorway
with pair of old boarded doors, right of centre narrower
doorways to 1st floor towards left and both floors on right;
widened doorway to ground floor towards left with ashlar
blocked window on its right. INTERIOR: original king-post roof
structures visible to central area, otherwise not inspected.
