Terraced row of houses. c1850. Red brick walls and stacks,
peg-tiled roof. Rectangular plan. 2 storeys. Front SE
elevation: 6 window range, Nos 4 & 6 have shared stack, doors
in outer bays, No.2 similar to No.4 with own stack. Windows
have deep reveals, sashes with glazing bars, 3x4 panes, some
old glass remains. Doors have overlights. No.6, C19 door, 4
flush beaded panels, Nos 2 & 4 C20 doors with 6 panels. Rear
NW elevation: similar to front with 6 windows, 3 door range.
Some replacement of windows by C20 casements. Ground floor
each house has one original 2-light casement window with
glazing bars, 2x2 panes, also an additional C20 small fixed
casement. First floor, Nos 4 & 6 have a C19 2-light casement
similar to ground floor, rest are C20 replacements, single
light casements, one at No.2 is larger than rest. End
elevations: plain.
