Small town house. Mid C19. Incised stucco on rubble; grouted
scantle slate roof; brick stack on left. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; 2-window range. Original 16-pane hornless sashes and
4-panel door on right. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be
as unaltered as the exterior. Included for group value.
