Town house, now shop. Early C19. Stucco on studwork to front,
hidden roof with projecting eaves to front. Deep plan. 4
storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Quoin strips; original
12-pane hornless sashes within moulded wooden architraves;
ornate eaves brackets flanking windows and dividing frieze
with triglyphs between windows and corners. Ground floor has
large C20 traditional-style shop front with pilasters, tall
fascia and moulded cornice. INTERIOR: shop altered C20,
otherwise not inspected.
