House in row. Early C19. Stucco to front, asbestos slate roof
with projecting eaves at the front, brick end stacks.
Double-depth plan with 1 room at the front. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Plinth, quoin strip on the right and
widely-spaced eaves brackets; round-arched doorway on the left
has plain fanlight over 6-panel door; stucco hoodmoulds over
C20 sashes, probably slate sills. INTERIOR not inspected.
