Town house. Late C18. Faced coursed granite with granite
dressings and segmental brick arches; steep asbestos slate
roof with brick end stacks; cast-iron ogee gutters. Shallow
double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. 1952
tripartite hornless sashes; central pedimented doorway with
reveals; C20 door. INTERIOR not inspected. One of a good row
of houses stepped down the hill in New Street.
