Former house converted into offices, empty at the time of re-survey.
C18. Red brick with black pantile roof. 3 storeys. 4 bays. Left-hand
off-centre doorcase with fluted half-columns, fanlight and frieze with
swag and anthenion motif. Former carriage entry to extreme right
filled by C20 door and surround. Sash windows throughout with stucco
arches with keystone. Bracket cornice. Good C18 stair balusters and
first floor door surround.
