Villa. Late 1830s/early 1840s. Stuccoed and blocked out;
hipped slate roof; chimney-shafts dismantled.
PLAN: Double-depth main range with a central entrance; service
block to right.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Almost symmetrical 3-bay front to main
block, with a central pedimented gable. Central porch with
distyle Doric columns in antis; panelled front door with some
panels glazed. Blind recess to ground-floor left, French
window with C20 glazing to ground- floor right. 3 first-floor
12-pane sashes, the centre sash formerly tripartite with a
proud architrave and cornice. Service block to the right has 2
first-floor 12-pane sashes but has been altered on the ground
floor.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
