Farmhouse and cottage under continuous roof. Dated 1739. Coursed gritstone rubble, flush gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end and ridge stacks.

Two storeys, double fronted elevation. West elevation; central semi-circular headed doorcase with quoined surround. To either side four-light chamfered mullion windows. Over two three-light chamfered mullion windows with single light window between. Immediately above door datestone inscribed 'BPI 1739'. To south cottage with C19 door. Dripmould over. To extreme south C19 plain sash with flush surround. Similar window over.
