House. Mid C19. Painted render over rubblestone, slate roof
with brick stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window range to the front, 2-window range to the
left return on Brook Street. Painted stepped stone voussoirs
to C20 windows, mid C19 door with 2 long semicircular-arched
panels and overlight in a plain semicircular-arched opening.
The gable end to the left has a fretted bargeboard. INTERIOR
not inspected. Included for group value.
