3 storeys. Doors with round-arched traceried fanlights, plain architraves
with keystones and imposts. 3 sash windows on ground floor and 5 on upper
floors, all in cement frames. Round-arched entry to yard on right, between
Nos 5 and 7.
Nos 4 , 5 and 7 form a group with Nos 17 and 18 Howgill Street.
