Town house with later shop. C18. Elvan (classified as
greenstone) ashlar with granite dressings including flat
arches over 1st-floor openings, blocking course and parapet
coping; steep dry slate roof. L-shaped plan including deep
rear wing at right-angles on left. 2 storeys; originally
probably symmetrical 3-window front. C20 paired 2-pane horned
sashes. Ground floor has articulated C20 shop front with
panelled fascia and dentilled cornice. INTERIOR of ground
floor altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
