Shop. c1870. Ham Hill stone ashlar, crested slate roof.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys with attic; symmetrical
one-window range. The large dormer has carved initials in the
Dutch gable, a ball finial to the top and scrolled consoles to
the sides resting on a vase balustrade, 4 balusters to each
side with ball finials above the cornices to flanking piers;
the window is an 8/2-pane sash with a continuous moulded
cornice at cill level. The first-floor corbelled out canted
bay with a hipped stone roof, has an 8/2-pane sash to the
centre, 4/2 to the sides. The C20 shop front on a stone plinth
and under a moulded cornice, is set between reeded pilasters
with cornices below barrel-topped moulded consoles. INTERIOR
not inspected. Included for group value.
