Houses, now shop and dwelling. Early C19. Stucco; composite
tile roof; brick end stack and brick party stack. 3 storeys;
2-window range: tripartite windows with 2/2: 6/6: 2/2: sashes
under moulded stone pediments on scrolled consoles, with
linking cornice; C20 3/6 sashes; moulded stucco cornice to
eaves. To right, doorway with barred overlight; similar
tripartite window; central C20 4/4 sash, between panelled
pilasters, under moulded hood on enriched consoles (probable
former doorway); to left, part-glazed 4-panel door and plain
overlight, in panelled reveals, between panelled pilasters,
under moulded hood on enriched consoles; late C19 shop-window
with moulded glazing bars; stucco storeyband overall. Rear:
roughcast gable to wing; further wing with stucco gable. Of
one build with No.47 (qv).
