Town house with later shop. Late C18. Granite ashlar front
with plinth, segmental arches with projecting keyblocks,
mid-floor string and parapet with moulded cornice; asbestos
slate hipped roof; granite ashlar end stacks. U-shaped plan
including rear wings at right-angles, deeper wing on left. 2
storeys; originally symmetrical 5-window front but now with
shop front substituting 2 ground-floor windows on right.
Original or early C19 twelve-pane hornless sashes; and central
rusticated doorway with original 8-pane door and spoked
fanlight with flat head. Late C20 shop front. INTERIOR not
inspected.
