House, now clinic. Late C18/early C19, altered c1860, extended
late C20. Stucco with slate roof, stepped stone copings with
rendered stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan with C20
single-window range wing to the left.
2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Steps up to Ham Hill
stone Tuscan doorcase with open pediment and elliptical-arched
overlight to a 6-panel door, below a 6/6 round-arch window;
this is flanked by mid C19 two-storey canted bays, which have
moulded cornices above each floor, and 6/1-pane sashes to the
fronts and 4/1-pane to the sides.
INTERIOR: There are some shutters, panelled reveals and
6-panel doors of the first period; and a late C19
closed-string staircase, polychromatic tiled hall floor and
marble fireplace of c1860 to the ground-floor right.
