House, in use as offices in at time of survey. Circa 1800.
Roughcast; slate roof with sprocketted eaves; stack with brick
shaft.
Plan: Double depth, 2 rooms wide with a central entrance.
Exterior: 3 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with deep
sprocketted eaves with paired eaves brackets. Left and right
vertical panels with sunk mouldings. Doorway in centre with a
doorcase with pilasters, an entablature and panelled reveals.
5-panel door with a plain overlight. c. 1800 tripartite sashes
throughout, 2 to each storey, with plain, eared, shouldered
architraves. 12-pane sashes in the centre, 4-pane to the outer
lights except the second floor which are 3/6-pane in the
centre and 1/2 in the outer lights.
Interior: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
