Obelisk. 1762 By Thomas Wright. Built by Thomas Paty. Limestone ashlar. Moulded pedestal with base of shaft, the top missing. Formerly with a Latin inscription to the Duke of Beaufort's niece, whose death it commemorates.

The asset was previously listed twice also under entry 1321117. This entry was removed from the List on 21st October 2015.
