House. c1600; late C19 or C20 alterations and additions.
Timber frame with roughcast brick infill and roughcast wing.
One storey with attic; 2-window range, with 2-storey 3-window
range at angle to right. Windows have casements; 1st floor
gabled dormers; return has exposed timber framing to 1st
floor; rear has exposed timber framing; later wing has
entrance to left; rear projecting stack with tiled offset.
INTERIOR has timber-framed cross walls; stop-chamfered beams;
room to left has dado panelling; simple contemporary stair;
exposed wattle and daub panel to 1st floor.
